SUGAR SQUEALS

  1. Running into a product like Sugar Squeals in real life is nightmarish! The pig really conveys your message well. The color choice helps too. Product name and product picture stand out the most on this can. I think it's great that the brand name is not the focal point, like it is on many real cans.

  3. Not only is is well composed it is well written. The first thing that grabs me in the pig and then the information in the circle. which i have to say sounds just like a can would say. Overall amazing job!

  4. The first thing that jumps out at me is the bordering area around the pig. The brown background and popping images are very powerful. This reminds me of "Ren and Stimpy" with the direction you went with the pig. This is a really great design piece for a can of sugar squeals. Great job!

  5. Great character and use of humor. Good use of framing devices and color scheme. The "sugar squeals" still doesn't quite pop enough yet. Changing the color of the font may help. Perhaps do the dark pink or purple used in the pig.

  6. Your grasp of Illustrator is quite apparent in your pig. You did an Awesome job creating that graphic, it looks so polished and complete...not to mention mcnasty. Your choice of colors work for the label on all accounts, at first glance one might not think so but when reading what the product is it becomes clear that the use of brown is totally necessary. I like that you repeated the product name as a brand in the description...it seems like this product could be bought for both myself and my dog...ha.

  7. Your pig is great!! I can't seem to grasp te concept of layers, but I wish I could-- I love the shading that is creates. He really is a great source of a little humor on your label and he is obviously the center of attention. I think the title should be bigger to take some of the limelight!
